How long in advance do I need to book a trailer?
Bookings are first come first serve. If your desired camper is available, we can possibly have it ready that day for pick up. We do prefer 24 hrs in advance to get it ready for your travels.
How do you calculate the delivery fee?
The first 25 miles from business location (Bulverde, TX) is $285 round trip. Any delivery location over 25 miles will be an additional $3.50/mile up to 300 miles.
Is there an age requirement for renting?
At least 25 years of age at the start of the rental period.
What if I have a problem with the camper during my rental period?
We hope this won't be the case but if there is a problem, we are just a phone call or text away. We are know our campers very well and will help walk you through the issue, and the manuals are also available to walk through in case you are in an area with no cell service
Am I required to dump the sewage tanks before returning the rental?
Most RV parks have dumping stations where you can dump the black and grey tanks. You do have the option to have us dump it for you for a fee. The dumping fee will be refunded if the waste tanks are dumped and flushed. The waste tank gauge must show empty to receive the refund.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit for $1,000 is required. If camper is returned as received, the deposit will be refunded. Please allow 72 hours for transaction to go through.
What are the Insurance requirements for rentals?
The vehicle towing the camper MUST have full coverage and you will need to provide confirmation showing your personal insurance covers you while towing a camper, "bumper to bumper coverage". If your insurance will not cover this, I can provide additional commercial insurance.
*The above is not required if you are having the camper delivered and picked up by my team.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Dogs are allowed but MUST stay off furniture. NO CATS.
